    这面汤头浓郁鲜美,海鲜新鲜香甜,真的是一碗分量很足的咖喱面。一口下去简直太爽了!

    Step 1

    把材料(A)全部放进搅拌机里磨碎。Using an electric blender, grind fine ingredient A till smooth.

    Step 2

    热锅下油,爆香材料(B)。Heat oil in wok, saute ingredient B till frangrant.

    Step 3

    加入材料(A)和(C)。Add in ingredient A and C, stir well.

    Step 4

    拌炒至出油,大概需时15-20分钟。Stir-fry about 15-20 minutes until the oil separate.

    Step 5

    把炒好的咖喱酱分出150克备用,剩余的可以冷冻起来以后用。Separate 150g curry paste for later use. The rest can be frozen for future use.

    Step 6

    将咖喱酱放入锅里,加入1.5-2公升清水,煮至滚。Put the curry paste into a pot, add 1.5-2 liters water, bring to a boil.

    Step 7

    加入250毫升椰浆煮滚,调味。Add 250ml coconut milk and evaporated milk bring to a quick boil, adjust to taste.

    Step 8

    勺一碗咖喱汤出来放小锅,放入自己喜欢的海鲜、肉片或米粉等。趁热享用。Arrange a bowl of curry soup into a small pot, add in your favorite seafood, meats and noodles. Serve hot.
